Childrens’ room? Get practical with paint

Hide bedroom messiness with tough paint and colour ticks.

Let’s face it; it’s hard to keep the walls clean when curious children are around, especially in bedrooms where balls get kicked and artwork is created! The solution is decorating with a paint that has a durable finish and can be scrubbed and washed easily.

If the bedrooms looked cluttered and messy, paint the walls a cool neutral that will create an illusion of space, like pale duck egg, soft pink, lilac or mauve. You could also paint the bottom half of the wall a vibrant colour (ask your little one for their favourite) and the top half a bright white. The bright bottom half will hide dirt and scuffs while the white on top will increase the room’s natural light
